Clery Act

Campus Security Report
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, signed in 1990, BYU–Hawaii provides information to students, employees, and prospective students and employees concerning campus crime statistics and campus security policies and procedures. BYU–Hawaii strives to provide a safe academic environment for its students, staff, faculty and patrons. The university complies with the Clery Act and other federal reporting disclosures and releases an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report each year. The report also provides information for accessing university and community resources for crime prevention or assistance if you become the victim of a crime. To request a paper copy of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report, or for inquiries regarding Clery Act issues, please contact the Security office in McKay Building Room 148 or call (808) 675-3503.
