FERPA

Consistent with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), BYU–Hawaii generally prohibits the release of student educational records without the express consent of the student (see the Access to Student Records (FERPA) policy and FERPA guidelines). The following person has been designated to handle inquiries regarding the privacy of student records:
